Law firm De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek introduces the App Public Offers. It provides a unique combination of an informative timeline, a collection of all relevant legislation and an overview of all public offers from 2007 until now. All precedents are included in a database that highlights a number of relevant details, incorporates all press releases and that can be filtered by different categories such as premium, deal value, date, break fee and stake building. The App also offers a selection of publications about public offers. All items can be e-mailed from the App, or bookmarked and will then be saved for the next time the visitor opens the App. As an additional feature, the App contains a general search function and an overview of all M&A partners of De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek.
